I’m Maddy Noone, a clinical nutritionist dedicated to helping men lead longer, healthier, and more vibrant lives. My passion for men’s health began when I supported my father through his own health challenges. Witnessing the transformative impact of targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes motivated me to create a comprehensive, step-by-step plan specifically designed for men over 50. My 6-Week Heart Health Program is for men who are ready to reduce their risk of cardiovascular disease, regain energy, and make healthy lifestyle choices.
